ELEVARE Court – Modern Oasis

Integrated Automation Design is working with Swanson Homes on a major residential technology project within the ELEVARE development. The Modern Oasis residence represents the type of builder-integrated approach IAD brings to high-end residential construction—planning the technology infrastructure as part of the home from the construction phase through final commissioning.

The project is being coordinated as a residential integration engagement with Swanson Homes, with IAD supporting the technology scope as the residence progresses.

This project highlights IAD’s collaboration with custom builders on complex residential technology. By coordinating early with the construction team, infrastructure, equipment locations, control requirements, and commissioning can be planned as part of the residence rather than added after construction.
